Adam & Eve of Wilmington is searching for its next Store Manager.
You might be a good fit for this role if you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals combined with management experience. Retail, service/hospitality, or outside sales experience is preferred. Industry-specific experience is not required. We are more interested in someone who will be a good role model, motivator, and people leader.
The Store Manager’s top priority is ensuring that Adam & Eve customers have a pleasant shopping experience, our associates perform at the highest level, all sales expectations are met, and cultivating a fun, productive, judgment-free, and team-oriented environment for all.
The Store Manager must also be professional, self-motivated, results-driven, organized, and detailed, maintain a positive attitude, and practice inclusivity and empathy.
This is a full-time, 40-hour/per week, on-site, non-exempt salaried position. We offer 80 hours of paid PTO per year, 401k, and an employee discount.
Responsibilities and duties include:
Sales goals are expected to be met or exceeded through performance, ongoing training, motivation, mentoring, and providing feedback to Sales Associates.
Maintaining minimum store average ticket sales and unit per transaction.
Prepare all work schedules and ensure store schedule guidelines are followed.
Monitor daily/Submit bi-weekly Store Payroll to RSM.
Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and counsel store associates.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and ensure your team provides the same service level.
Develop business strategies to increase customer satisfaction, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
Communicate, execute, and manage networking with community businesses in an ongoing effort to increase sales opportunities.
Resolve customer issues or concerns quickly by determining optimal solutions.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager of the West Region.
