Del-ton inc. has FULL-TIME positions in Shipping and Rifle Assembly located in Elizabethtown, NC.
No firearms experience is required
Hours Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Assembler will be working with firearms & ammunition, so you must be at least 21 years old.
Shipping position applicants need to be at least 18 years old
An extensive background check and drug testing are required before being hired.
Starting pay is $12.00 per hour & increases to &13.00 after completing our 90 day probationary period. Pay increases after that are based on production and position.
Must be able to use basic hand tools, some positions require standing for approximately 5 to 6 hours a day. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
We are a production based company, so you are expected to be at work each day and on time.
Vacation and PTO for full time employees, 401K and Insurance are available as well.
