Carolina Canvas & Awning is a small business in Wilmington, NC. We have been around for more than 25 years. We are professional with a creative edge and our goal is to have a friendly and caring atmosphere while supplying custom awnings to Wilmington and the surrounding area.
Carolina Canvas & Awning is looking for several individuals to join our team. The candidates must be attentive, motivated, good attitude and hard working. We need a person with leadership abilities and takes responsibility for a job. After training we want to be able to send this person out to handle installations on own. Must be able to read a measuring tape, handle heights on ladders, have knowledge of and be able to use tools. Have the strength to haul around awnings to install. Must also be able to work in shop helping creating frames, canvas covers, vehicle maintenance, and shop maintenance Being dependable is extremely important. We work Monday thru Friday. Pay will be based upon experience and opportunity for higher wages as knowledge grows.
