Residential remodeling

Semi-skilled help is needed to finish the renovation of a house. There will be minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Flooring, sheetrock hanging, finishing, painting, interior and exterior, flat concrete forming, mixing, pouring, and finishing. I have a six-cubic-foot mixer. We will hang pocket and hinged interior doors. Trim finishing includes baseboard, crown molding, door and window casing, shelving, shoe base, and hardwood flooring—a paver patio. I may have missed a detail or two, but I'm sure you understand the scope of the work. I'm not looking for a drunk, druggie, thief, liar, or anyone lazy. If this interests you, reply with your experience, wages expected, and the area from which you will be coming. You will need transportation to and from the work site. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:30, with a half hour for lunch. This work will take a few months and perhaps beyond. Keep in mind, respond with wages expected to start and work experience. I will not answer any response lacking them.
