Looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team of part-time sign installers in the Navassa | Lennon Crossroads, NC area for a sign company with 30+ years in the industry. We provide weekend advertising service for the New Home Industry using signs to direct traffic to sales offices.
NHM, Inc. (New Home Media) headquarters is located in Stafford, Virginia. We service weekend directional signs to communities located in: NJ, DE, PA, MD, DC, WV, VA, NC and SC. We sign 52 weeks a year! Installer's duties include checking in on Friday evening prior to the installation of lightweight corrugated plastic signs to see if there are any changes in the set route.
Installation of signs can be as early as 5pm Friday evening but must be completed by 8 am Saturday morning.
Removal of signs can be as early as 6pm Sunday evening but must be completed by daybreak Monday morning (unless on a Federal Holiday).
Once the route is removed, you will be required to check out by phone. At this time, you can order any materials if needed for the following weekends installation. No signs can be left up during the week (Monday - Friday) unless on a Federal Holiday or instructed to do so by a supervisor.
Route pay is based on number of signs installed per builder/community. Fuel cost are taken into consideration when establishing route premium. We have another community coming soon so the rate will increase when that account starts.
Applicants must have their own reliable transportation (pickup truck, van or SUV) and be able to read a map. Training on this route is scheduled for June 14, 2024.
