Edge Landscaping Inc. headquartered in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Leader/Field Supervisor. We are looking for a quality individual to join our fast growing team.
Overview:
2-3 years experience running a landscape install crew
Valid drivers license
Full time availability
Grading experience
Irrigation experience
Plant professional with knowledge of area plants and performance
Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
Ensure all employees perform assigned tasks safely and adhere to OSHA & industry safety standards
Ensure all work is completed to the standard promised the customer and prevent any call backs/warranty work
Keep record of purchases and turn in receipts to management daily
Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained
Starting pay is $16-$18 an hour based on experience. Benefits include offer a year end bonus program and paid holidays after 90 days of employment!
