As a Funner Beach Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading guests on engaging and informative tours through our interactive beach experiences in beautiful Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
Responsibilities:
Lead guests on captivating tours, providing entertaining and informative commentary.
Ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout the tour experience.
Engage with guests, answering questions, and providing additional information as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve tour content and guest experiences.
Assist with other duties as assigned, such as ticket sales or event coordination.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a tour guide, actor, teacher or in a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Any role playing, speaking, or acting experience is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
Knowledge of local cultural scene a plus.
Flexible schedule, late afternoons, approx. 2 hours per night.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
