Seasonal Property Caretaker at Holden Beach, NC!
Do you want to help people live out their vacation dreams? Then you should read this: we are looking for a Seasonal Property Caretaker to join our team this summer! This position involves maintaining a portfolio of vacation homes, assisting with housekeeping tasks, handling guest and homeowner concerns, and ensuring our properties are ready for guests.
Position Details:
Compensation: $18/hr
Sign-on Bonus: $500 paid in two installments ($250 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days of employment)
Employment Dates: Now until October 31, 2025
Skills You’ll Need:
Strong communication skills (email, phone, video)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and time management skills
Own reliable transportation for frequent travel between sites
