Job Overview:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.

- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

- Dispose of kitchen garbage and manage recycling activities.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a restaurant, hospitality, banquet, hotel, or kitchen setting is a plus.
