Located on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Crush & Grind is the OG coffee, beer, and wine bar of CB. We offer artisan coffee, craft beer, and select wines to residents and visitors of the island year-round. Our atmosphere is casual and laid-back, but being located in a prime tourist area the environment will be fast-paced and dynamic at times, one should be prepared to be on their feet for 5 hours or more. We are open early morning til late evening, the hours are based on fixed opening and closing shifts.
Job description:
-Craft and serve both coffee and alcoholic beverages
-Provide excellent customer service to our visitors
-Operate a POS system
-Maintain cleanliness of the work and lobby area
-Engage in teamwork among co-workers
-Ability to be on feet for at least 5 hours
-Ability to lift and move 20lbs if needed
-Flexibility to work holidays and weekends if needed
-Barista or bartending skills are not required, but are a strong plus.
-Employees take home their respective earned tips each day
-Employee parking pass provided for non-residents of Carolina Beach
