The US Personal Banking (USPB) Marketing Transformation and Delivery (MT&D) organization is responsible for marketing operations, channel delivery and marketing technology in support of the Consumer Bank’s marketing efforts, inclusive of Branded Cards, Retail Bank, Retail Services, Mortgage and Wealth Management. The VP, Marketing Transformation is critical role within the organization, responsible for supporting a multi-faceted team of professionals charged with defining, driving, and commercializing our Transformation roadmap with a focus on radically improving speed to market, operating efficiency, and quality.  The VP will work to support cross-functional teams throughout the enterprise to fundamentally reshape end-to-end capabilities leveraging a diverse consultative toolkit and strong facilitation skills to manifest meaningful change. This role will support various workstream and projects within the roadmap requires an experienced individual, preferably with deep exposure to Consumer Financial Services Marketing capabilities.He or she should be skilled in driving radical innovation across processes, operating model design, infrastructure, and policy implementation. Core areas of focus include:

Define the transformation strategy : Support in defining strategy,opportunity, and discovery efforts to identify target strategic initiatives while working with leadership to help define the longer-term organizational strategy for change.

Mobilize and drive strategic initiatives : Scope, mobilize, and drive critical strategic transformation programs with an emphasis on end-to-end change.   Leverage a diverse consultative toolkit and advanced facilitation techniques enabling deep collaboration & partnership with extended teams while accelerating the change management lifecycle.

Value capture :   Drive articulation of the value of transformation across the Marketing ecosystem and all change programs impacting priority capabilities.  Measure and monitor the impact of change through both operational and financial metrics including improvements in speed to market, campaign agility, and operational risk.

Risk & Control: Support the evolution of our process-based risk framework ensuring future state design simplifies & standardizes the way in which we operate. Work with partners within and outside of Marketing Transformation & Delivery to ensure the organization meets its Risk commitments (e.g. Issue remediation, etc.).

Qualifications:

5+Years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, and/or Digital

5+ Years in Marketing including strategy, operations, audience management, channel management, content, and/or MarTech

Requires attention to detail and good communication skills

Strong ability to problem solve and sense of ownership

Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines

Solid communication and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with the ability to influence the development and execution of key strategies/initiatives

Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Execution and results oriented with a desire to drive change and continuous improvement

Familiarity with strategy development responsibilities with a proven ability to develop multi-year change plans, business cases, and storytelling

Desired exposure to key applications across the MarTech ecosystem e.g. Aprimo, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega, and/or Naehas

Education:
