We're here to revolutionize banking tech, and we need a leader who's as excited as we are to make that happen!Overview:As the driving force behind our technology excellence, you'll manage 2 teams of software engineers, guiding them to create a brighter technological future for 2 major businesses within ICS: CLO and Loan Agency. You'll be collaborating with business partners on strategic direction, and innovation, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the industry. Your expertise in credit products (like Syndicated Loans, Corporate Bonds, CLOs) or other Fixed Income products will be your arsenal for innovation. Your hands-on experience as a tech lead/dev manager in the world of software development, especially supporting sales, trading, issuance, or trustee functions for Fixed Income businesses, will propel our team to new heights. Knowledge of platforms like LoanIQ, Solvas, ClearPar, Bloomberg will be a big plus.Qualified candidates should have strong technical expertise in software development and architecture of systems supporting Capital Markets and in depth knowledge of technologies like .Net, C#, and SQL Server.In This Role You Will:

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of Associates’ degree and with 9 years’ technology or systems management/leadership experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 9 years’ technology or systems management/leadership experience.

Mastery of project management tools, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Experience in leading complex projects and understanding the ins and outs of the system development life cycle.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication prowess, both written and verbal.

Strong decision-making capabilities and a knack for leading and inspiring teams.

Confidence in managing multiple teams across various geographies and time zones.

A history of presenting to senior management and driving impactful solutions.
