Senior Accountant - Real EstateWilmington,DESenior Accountant - Real EstateQUAD is currently seeking a Senior Accountant for a greater Wilmington, DE client. On site. The Senior Accountant must possess previous real estate accounting experience. The Accountant will be responsible for accounting functions and financial reporting oversight. Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant Utilizing various real estate software to prepare financial, income, and cash flow statementsPerforming variance analysisCreating and monitoring budgetsProviding performance and revenue projections financial forecastsOverseeing accounts payable and receivable functionsReviewing invoices Maintaining bank reconciliation recordsEnsuring lender regulations and reporting requirements complianceRemaining up to date on current market trends, industry regulations, and accounting standardsRequirements of the Senior Accountant:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years accounting experience that includes real estate accounting Real Page, Yardi, and Onsite Accounting software experienceMicrosoft Excel proficiency Thorough knowledge of GAAP and residential relate estate regulations Strong communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently as well as in a team oriented environmentAdditional Details:Salary: $35-40 / hrMission and VisionWe are a superior consulting firm focused on helping clients achieve their dreams and address complex situations with inspired people, deep expertise, and innovative technologies.We are a perpetual career and opportunity enterprise, focused on building long-term benefits for our people and communities.
