Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.As a Data Management Lead - Vice President in Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Risk Management, you will assist with the organization, execution and oversight of Product and Application Data Risk Management Processes and Governance. The Lead will work closely with other team members facing off with Technology, Product Owners, Controls as well as across the broader Risk Management and Compliance Data Office to ensure that CCB Risk is in alignment and compliance with objectives supporting our Data Risk Management priorities.Job Responsibilities:

Supporting CCB Risk Chief Data Office (CDO) implementation and management of various data risk objectives with Technology across our Products and Applications.

Become a Subject Matter Expert on Data Registration, Classification, and Use.

Support the team with Data Protection, Quality, Storage and Retention requirements for our structured data store owners.

Understand, organize, and simplify complex topics and requirements into deliverable actions.

Support governance and oversight processes aligned to Firmwide and Risk CDO initiatives. This includes being aware of and thoughtful about required artifacts and processes when new operating models are developed.

Develop processes to provide regular communication to appropriate stakeholders across CCB Risk, CCB Risk Technology, CCB, and Wholesale Risk & Compliance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

5+ years experience with Data Management and Data Governance disciplines required. A strong desire and drive to learn and understand these concepts is critical

Strong understanding of Risk Management, Business Analysis, Process Analysis, process improvement, and Business Reporting / Analytics is needed

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Excellent Relationship skills and ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships

Advanced Excel skills are essential; Basic MS Office suite skills required

Highly organized as the role requires keeping up with the ever-changing environment

Employee will work closely with other stakeholders and are expected to independently provide information related to their individual and group's book of work

Demonstrated ability to add value, think creatively and holistically, and have a bias for action

Comfortable working across multiple organizational levels and functional areas

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business/technical information quickly
