Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packer- 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Packer- 2nd ShiftLocation: Wilmington, OHPay Rate: $17.25Current Schedule: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am Monday - ThursdayNew Schedule as of April 14: 2:15pm – 10:45pm Monday - FridayWhat's the Job?

Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.

Supply production lines as needed.

Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.

Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) or willingness to learn.

Sufficient math skills.

Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Ability to read and write in English preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
