IT Manager

Description We are in search of an IT Manager to join our team on the North Shore, Massachusetts. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Setting up the network for a new organization Selecting and liaising with an internet provider to ensure reliable connectivity Establishing and maintaining the local IT setup Ensuring the proper functioning of all IT systems, including the internet and laptops Implementing and managing the new O365 Building and maintaining the firewall in collaboration with the corporate office Configuring laptops and ensuring they are fully operational Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, particularly SAB B1 Applying knowledge of Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Dell Technologies Managing Active Directory, Auditing, Backup Technologies, and Computer Hardware Overseeing Configuration Management and using SAP when necessary.Requirements Proficiency in Cisco Technologies Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Familiarity with Dell Technologies Deep understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Proficiency in Active Directory Auditing skills Experience with Backup Technologies Good understanding of Computer Hardware Skills in Configuration Management Experience with SAP systems Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
