Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for an ONSITE Cash Application Specialist. The ONSITE Cash Application Specialist will work with the accounts receivable department to process high volume transactions. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. If you are a Cash Application Specialist, this could be the role for you!Your responsibilities
Attend to and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances
Attend to customer database accounts
Address discrepancies such as payment issues
Run weekly general ledger reports
Record payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers
Requirements - 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
Experience with Cash Applications
Must maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented
Experience with high volume data entry
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
