• Provide 1st level troubleshooting for user tickets, interface with Autodesk when required• Moderate MS Teams discussion forums/channels for CAD support• Create and maintain instructional support documents and FAQ library for common issues• Assist with maintenance to Vault servers, SQL databases, backup schedules, etc.• Support server and client hardware/software upgrade cycles• Manage all account creation activities for Autodesk Vault and Fusion 360 Manage• Monitor automated systems and provide resolution when issues arise• Contribute to department continuous improvement activities
