Position Overview:
As an Independent Contractor - Professional Cleaner with CRH Services, LLC, you’ll
have the freedom to set your schedule while taking on cleaning assignments for
commercial and residential properties. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who
value flexibility, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas per client specifications
Adhere to cleaning checklists for thorough coverage
Restock supplies and report any maintenance needs
Operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Capable of working independently and managing time effectively
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for
extended periods
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within Wilmington
