Trying to fill a salaried full-time position to replace current office manager ASAP. We sell and service insurance & retirement planning products to mostly educators. Need a team-oriented person who appreciates educators.
The Wilmington, NC branch has been in existence since 1974 & the company has been around since 1945. Quarterly bonuses should be expected based on overall office production results. A NC property and casualty license will be required but if someone is a great fit, we would be willing to hold the position open until the candidate has attained the proper licensing & we would reimburse for the testing fees on successful completion of the tests once hired.
