Hello our group is looking for a night auditor position located out of our Wilmington NC hotel. This position is broken into two important roles.
Night Audit
10pm - 6am 5 days a week
Covering the front desk and property supervision overnight. Assisting with check ins/outs, ensuring people are being quiet and courteous, administrative tasks and running reports.
Reservation Agent
We are a group and centralize our phone call/text/emails. The after hours line will be responsible for rates & availability inquiries/ creating new reservations, assisting/coordinating after hour calls, assisting customers with digital self check-in, processing reservation emails / transactions.
Requirements:
- Must be confident and savvy with technology and computers.
- Must be presentable, friendly and know customer service (first impressions on the phone and at the front desk go a long way)
- Organizational skills and able to multi-task
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with controlling situations and telling people to be quiet if need
