Part-Time Foreclosure Research Assistant Wanted- This is very part-time a few hours per month-
We need a professional person to attend auctions 2-4 times a month on our behalf at the New Hanover courthouse.
The actions are on the steps at the courthouse area in addition you may need to drive by a house prior to the auction.
Part of your responsibility is to go to the courthouse and make copies of the correct foreclosure copies.
The ability to deal with people in a professional manner is important and required.
Typically. the auction are in the morning and there are times you may have to attend.
The inspections or drive-by can be flexible.

Honestly, reliability, and great at communication- able to follow specific instructions.
This is a great opportunity for someone to start with 4-10 hours per month and pays 25.00 hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend Auctions & Research inside the courthouse- easy but must be done.
Support & communication with court/bank.
Maintain organized records & reports.
Requirements:
Detail-oriented & excellent research skills.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with real estate & foreclosures (a plus).
Flexible part-time hours available.
