Job title: Assistant Project Manager
Compensation: $30K - $50K (based on experience)

We work for the largest property owners/managers and the largest general contractors in the southeast to repair existing roofing structures and install new roofing systems. We pay above-market salaries and we expect superior performance. Hound Roofing is on track to grow 2.5X this calendar year and projects similar growth for the next three years.
Assistant Project Manager responsibilities.
Project Manager – 60%
o Submit Notice of Awards (NOA)
o Prepare Submittals for GC’s
o Prepare Handoffs
o Work with reps to arrange Assembly Letters
o Close Jobs w/ Manufacturer
o Assist the estimation function, including development of skills and tools
Warehouse Manager – 40%
o Organize warehouse, ensuring different manufacturers are physically separated and labeled
o Maintain inventory of items in the warehouse
o Confirm receipt of materials onsite/warehouse
o Ensure jobs have sufficient materials as set forth in the Handoff
o Maintaining Landscaping
