Lead coordinator in the accreditation process for Columbus County Health Department.Coordinate and participates in quarterly clinical record reviews, assist in identification of critical indicators. Works with program supervisor to prepare and execute corrective action plan for all clinics.Advise staff of out-of-compliance issues and recommend corrective plan of action. Assist with all monitoring and evaluation activities. Provide annual quality assessment and improvement plan for all clinics in the department.
