Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are in need of an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Stokesdale, North Carolina. This role involves working in the accounting industry, specifically with tasks related to handling customer accounts and credit applications. The position provides a long-term contract employment opportunity and will require proficiency in multiple software systems and accounting functions.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain and update customer credit records consistently Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on account status Perform cash applications, collections, invoicing, and deposits regularly Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in performing daily tasks Manage accounts receivable and billing functions Perform cash handling, cash activity, and cash applications as part of the role Handle cash collections, cash deposits, cash disbursements, and cash flow analysis.
