Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Book Keeper for a Heating and Plumbing Company in Statesville, NCJob Summary:As a QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering financial data into our system and ensuring the accuracy of the records. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with QuickBooks, be proficient in data entry, and possess excellent typing skills.Job Specifications:
Job Type: Part-time (flexible)
Pay Rate: $16- $17
Roles and Responsibilities:
Enter financial data into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently
Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy
Maintain and organize financial records
Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Must have prior experience with QuickBooks
Must have excellent data entry skills, with a typing speed of at least 50wpm
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must reside in Iredell County.
