The Technical Systems Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure both located within the Business Area Network and Internet based. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. TRAX Technical System Administrator is expected to be available to support, assist and answer questions and troubleshooting concerns from operational users over phone and email communication.
Shift work is expected, this position is to support 24/7 operations.
Experience using Infrastructure as Code and other SaaS Monitoring tools
Able to perform on call after hours support as part of the rotation
Work closely with the Test team and Field support team to provide any required software support
Pro-actively monitors SaaS environment conditions to proactively solve potential future issues or route to appropriate PoC
Participate in testing of new software and plugins
Replicate errors received from operational users for testing
Good documentation and communication skills
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding of military organizations and commands
Experience with ServiceNow preferred
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is preferred
May travel to other locations as required performing related duties
Good interpersonal relationship skills and able to work with a wide variety of technical engineers and employees
Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours

Requires a BA/BS in Related Field.
