Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.This is a 1st shift Product Auditor position at the Sanford, NC facility for with starting pay rate at $19.60/hr.JOB PURPOSE: Under limited supervision, directly supports Inventory Record Accuracy team to analyze inventory data, preform inventory counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and collaborate with different work groups to resolve issues. Reports to IRA Manager.Job duties may include the following:
Rely on independent decision making and problem solving to complete job tasks
Meet deadlines - Multitask and prioritize work
Following and utilizing CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
Have cross-functional communication to complete tasks
Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
At least 1 year of Manufacturing experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to walk 3+ miles a day
Top Candidates will also have:
Glovia experience
-Previous knowledge of Sanford logistics processes
Caterpillar product knowledge
-Willing to work overtime as needed
Self-motivated and self-starter
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
