You excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Requirements Basic Qualifications:• 10+ years of related experience Software distribution and life cycle management tools like MECM and Intune and Jamf.• 7+ years knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, MacOS, iOS, Android, SCCM, Registry, Group Policy, Autopilot and Active Directory is required.• Ability to verify the integrity and availability of hardware and other applicable dependent systems.• Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, Security toolsets, Ethernet, IP, and networking skills.• Bachelor's Degree in STEM-related major or related experience. Preferred Qualifications: (In the job description, or can be added)• Significant experience with Windows 10, MacOS strategies/roadmaps.• Expert level experience and knowledge of O365 architecture, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft • Good understanding of Citrix and/or other virtualization technologies. • Azure Active DirectoryA Day in the Life:• Working with smart, creative, and good-natured team members to meet common goals for customers across the enterprise.• Problem solving technical issues that impact business processes.• Providing technical solutions to improve the productivity of our associates.
