- Drive the tactical day-to-day product delivery process, including ensuring agreed-upon backlog items are prioritized, developed, and released on time.
- IAM and SailPoint implementation experience.
- Experience in migration from other IAM platforms to Identity IQ.
- Experience in an equivalent technology (IT) risk and compliance related role.
- Good analytical and design skills
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactively identify gaps or conflicts in existing processes and work to develop solutions.
- Develop project plans, including solution overview, project scope, project timeline, responsibility matrix, and communication plan to ensure efficient and effective execution of compliance related projects.
- Remove impediments that kill productivity or block product team progress.
- Manage issue partner concerns and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities.
- Coordinate with other delivery managers and engineering leads to identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Proven experience working in an agile product development environment.
- 2+ years (mid-level) or 5+ years (senior-level) of experience working in an agile product development environment.
- Familiarity with common agile/lean engineering practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding emotional intelligence.
- Adept with agile project tracking tools such as Jira/Jira Agile or comparable (e.g. Version One, Rally, Airtable, etc.).
- Ability to identify team impediments and proactively find solutions on the fly.
