Surrounded by breathtaking hills, lush forests, and farmlands, Roxboro offers a relaxed lifestyle with excellent educational facilities, affordable tax rates, quality healthcare, and various recreational activities.Position Summary:As a nurse, you will provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Addressing the physical, psychosocial, and religious/cultural needs of the patient and family is crucial. Effective communication with the healthcare team about changes in the patient's condition is essential.Minimum Requirements:· Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing is required. From an accredited school is required.· You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.· A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required.
