Manufacturing Process Maintenance Specialist II

A Manufacturing Process Maintenance Specialist III will provide customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Performs corrective and preventative maintenance on manufacturing Filling equipment, Isolators, Vial Washers, Autoclaves, Parts Washers, and Automatic Vial Inspection equipment. This position requires a solid understanding of manufacturing systems including mechanical, electrical and control principles. This position will work a 2,2,3 schedule working the 12-hour shift from 6am - 6pm.  What You’ll Do  Collaborate with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot equipment problems.  Perform preventative and corrective work order maintenance. Assists in troubleshooting mechanical problems and work with outside vendors to resolve recurring issues.  Follow Standard Operating Procedures in performance of assigned duties.   Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logbooks.  Work independently, with only general supervision and instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.  Navigate in a CMMS system to find and close out work orders Schedules workload with planner.  Performs small projects as directed by the Supervisor.
