Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry at Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, 27709, United States. We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing inventory-related data, and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Responsibilities: Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system accurately Regularly audit inventory to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies Utilize technologies such as ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software for efficient inventory management Carry out clerical duties associated with inventory management Respond to inbound calls and inquiries related to inventory Use Charts - Graphs for visual representation of inventory status Implement ERP Solutions for efficient inventory control Utilize 'About Time' software for time tracking in inventory processes Ensure accuracy in all inventory-related documentation and records Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth inventory operations. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Cerner Technologies Knowledge of Epic Software Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Ability to use About Time software Experience in answering inbound calls Proficiency in auditing Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs Experience in clerical duties Knowledge of health pharm/biotech industry is a plus Ability to handle inventory in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
