We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental, and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture.This position will support the APN Global Supply Chain Team through the use and implementation of various reporting tools, continuous improvement projects, data analysis, and ensuring success of product launches and extensions.As a Global Supply Chain Specialist - Research Triangle Park, NC, you create chemistry by

Leading APN Export Product Launches and extensions, being accountable for country extensions using appropriate tools, such as Azure DevOps.

Verifying that submitted business cases meet the minimum requirements for extensions and launches.

Collaborating with global and regional marketing on upcoming new product launches as needed.

Working with regional launch managers to ensure pipelines are well-defined and that launch and extension timing goals are met or adjusted as required.

Creating, maintaining, and presenting APN GSC Business Unit-specific S&OP data sets and presentations.

Representing the APN GSC team in Business Unit S&OP meetings and presenting relevant data during business reviews, including new business and updated forecasts.

Presenting relevant data and/or reports to ancillary teams on an ad hoc basis, including Warehousing and Transportation and Toller Sites.

Identifying, leading, and implementing continuous improvement projects that support the APN Global Supply Chain team.

If you have

Bachelor's degree (in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Project Management) preferred or at least 5 years relevant experience in supply chain, supply/demand planning, logistics, or other related fields.

Experience with SAP (R3/S4) and Business Warehouse data management and reporting (preferred).

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Project management skills.

Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Visio, Bizagi, and Azure DevOps to enable efficient data management, visualization, and identification of improvement opportunities.

High degree of analytical and strategic thinking to interpret data and metrics, define gaps and root causes, and provide containment actions and long-term solutions.
