We lead with a people first mindset, partnering with Human Resources and the business to drive us towards the future of work and innovation. The team manages the foundation of leading HR technology and tools and handles updates, enhancements and integrations with other applications.What You’ll DoThe People Technology Intern will gain valuable experience working on our Workday Human Resources application and learn about how it supports various HR processes in different areas of the HR function. You will work with Workday Technical Analysts and gain exposure to process workflows and to how we review and evaluate system enhancements. You will also participate in a variety of projects with different HR functional areas related to the Workday application.What You Bring
You will be a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited university or college in May 2025.
Interest in work that involves Data Analysis and technology
Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines related to HR information
Interest in or familiarity with data analysis and HR technology
Familiarity of or experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel or Google Sheets
Curiosity, drive and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Great time management, communication skills.
