As an Intern, you’ll help us push boundaries and reimagine how we can tackle this tall order while delivering a sustainable financial performance.About Our Internship Our Finance division has an opportunity for a Category Management Intern to join the Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Diversity Corporate Services team from May 20 – July 26, 2024.The Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Diversity Corporate Services team drives optimized value through supplier engagements. We connect data, spend analysis, market research, negotiation, and contracting to drive savings and cost avoidance goals. As a Category Management Intern, you’ll help automate our processes, evaluate strategic initiatives and supplier engagements, and drive strategic engagements at the enterprise and divisional planning phase.Desired Skills
Interest in or familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and Asset Management
Resourceful, research-focused, forward thinking and committed to detail
Demonstrates influence and strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity of or experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (emphasis on pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint
The Must-Haves
You have a technical aptitude with insights and analytics as your love language.
You will be a rising Senior at an accredited university or college in May 2024.
You’re available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks from May 20 – July 26, 2024.
You will be located in North Carolina during the internship program.
You’re legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
