How will you make an impact? As an integral member of the Quality Control department, the Quality Control Analyst will review field report documentation for accuracy and lab results documentation for accuracy and report results to clients. The Quality Control Analyst will be a key team member in supporting other TSS departments and clients with microbiology lab reports and results.This position is a remote position What will you do?

Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on TSS, client, and third-party data and test results for conformance to both normative and client specifications where applicable.

Interpret and communicate test results including any associated normative or client specifications to provide within client correspondences, internal discussions, or in report generation.

Engage in customer service interactions by electronic, telephone, and/or direct in-person correspondence pertaining to client inquiries and comments.

Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of$19.00- $23.00hourly

(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

How will you get here?

Education and Experience

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.

Requires at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.

A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Competencies with computer usage in general.

Ability to effectively use the MS Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Photoshop

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
