- Be the First Impression: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, website visitors, and callers, providing excellent service and directing inquiries efficiently.

- Support Our Design Team: Collaborate closely with our design team, attending meetings, assisting with information gathering, seamless client onboarding, meeting scheduling and preparation, and digital content needs.

- Help Keep Us Organized: Manage our company's project workflow scheduling, team vacation calendars, mail, client intake forms, timesheets, and office supply inventory.

- Drive Our Digital Presence: Take ownership of our social media and digital communications platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Meta, Mailchimp, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with our brand and values.

- Boost Our Outreach: Track and follow up on leads, while actively supporting marketing efforts to enhance our visibility and client engagement.

- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with proposals, billing, filing, and other essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

- Maintain Systems: Help maintain client databases and assist with documentation and internal systems.

What You'll Bring:

- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent our brand professionally.

- Creative Content Creation: Experience crafting engaging social media posts, graphics, and digital marketing materials.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential for managing schedules, content, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to switch between administrative tasks and creative projects seamlessly.

- Tech Savvy Skills: High level of comfort with technology and quickly learning new systems.

- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with G-Suite, Canva, Trello, Adobe, and MS Office is required.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or digital marketing

- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered
