As the outside face of the company, recovery agents are responsible for investigating and securing assigned collateral in a professional and courteous manner. The agent will then transport it to the nearest company storage facility and complete timely and accurate documentation as required. All of the repossession accounts and information needed will be provided by the company. Agents are equipped with all of the tools they need to be successful. Premier Recovery offers thorough agent training, state of the art trucks, and the latest technological tools that have been custom designed to assist our Agents in maximizing their earning potential and performance.
Wanting to learn how to become a Repossession Agent? No problem, Premier offers intensive training with automatic job placement. Training for our newly hired Agents are at our corporate headquarters in Greensboro, NC (travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by us.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
What we are looking for:
At least 23 years of age with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision
Previous experience working as a tow truck operator, or in the repossession industry, as a flatbed operator, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged, but not required. Industry certification is a plus
Basic mechanical ability and knowledge
Basic computer skills including internet and email, own a smartphone with service
