Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Driver to operate our box trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are made efficiently and in compliance with all transportation laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 26 foot box truck.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo while ensuring that all cargo is transported without damage.
- Conduct routine truck maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Accurately complete logs and reports.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License).
- Proven experience in operating flatbed trucks.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and secure cargo effectively.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with route planning.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive 60/40 split compensation. 60% to driver
