QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in foodservice industry is preferred

Must have VALID driver's license and your own vehicle

Positive, enthusiastic and passionate

Strong leadership qualities, but also be able to take direction

Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to stand on your feet for long hours

Must work well in a team environment

Flexible schedule to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays

ServSafe Certification a plus, but not required

Must be at least 18 years old

BEFORE YOU APPLY please read the following.

Our truck typically does a lunch shift and a dinner shift. You may need to arrive at our kitchen in Raleigh, NC, load the truck, work a full day, then come back to the kitchen and unload.

It does require that you sometimes drive your own car to the event location. You can sometimes ride in the truck or ride with other team members.

There are days you will be scheduled to prep food prior to loading the truck.

Our team requires a great amount of flexibility and versatility. While receiving orders and preparing food is one aspect of the job, on the truck, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the guest's dining experience. The interaction you provide with the guest at the register, in the line expediting orders, or executing menu items to company standards, establishes the foundation of the experience we are trying to provide.

This is a very fast-paced environment and food needs to come out quickly and still follow our high standards of quality. There are times when you will be non-stop for an entire shift, it can be high pressure and you will be on your feet.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $150.00 - $300.00 per day

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
