Position Overview:
We're seeking motivated Punch Carpenters to complete interior trim punch work in new construction homes in Greater Raleigh/Durham. You'll thrive in our supportive, team-based environment where you have the autonomy to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. We offer 40 hours of work per week year-round, providing stability and opportunities for your career growth.

Our projects are located in the Greater Raleigh/Durham area.

Experience: Apprentice to Journeyman-level carpenters who are reliable, skilled, and eager to make an impact.

Attitude: Coachable, adaptable, and committed to going above and beyond to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Commitment: Seeking passionate individuals ready to make a significant impact within 30 days.
Requirements:
Transportation: Must have your own truck or van.
Tools: Own the tools necessary for trim carpentry & punch work.
Skills: Positive attitude, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset. Apprentice & Journeyman level needed.

Compensation: $18 to $23 per hour, based on hard/soft skills and demonstrated trade knowledge.
