Immediate opening for a Skilled carpenter (Triangle Area)
We are looking for a skilled carpenter that has at least 10 - 15 years of experience.
Skill sets required are residential remodeling that include the following:
Framing of decks / Porches
Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling
Interior trim, Crown installation, installing doors, windows etc.
Hardie Plank siding installation
Structural repair experience
Light plumbing and electrical experience
Light Drywall
Cabinet installation
Flooring installation
A good comprehension of NC residential building codes
ETC
We are needing someone who is highly skilled on the following list of requirements above and also someone who will want to grow within our company.
This is a full time position that will compensate for your skills.
You must have a NC DL, Must have full time transportation, ( No drop off's from a girlfriend)
We need someone who is a problem solver and can understand what needs to be spot on versus something that can be sufficient when needed.
Not looking for OCD, Want someone that can make a decision knowing that the final product will be a statement of the company who you work for and yourself.
Having a truck is a bonus but not a requirement.
You must have your own basic tools, ( The right person completely knows what this means.)
We work in the Triangle and stay very busy all year long.
Don't want drama, You will need to be a team player and work well with others and homeowners.
We work Monday-Friday, 8-4:30. Sometimes, ( Rarely) We work on a Saturday if needed to.
Im not needing to know your Full work history.
I will know a lot after a short conversation.
But, Having local references is a good thing!
I respect my crew and Im dedicated to make sure they keep gainfully employed.
I expect the same courtesy and understanding of my crew on job sites so that we stay on track.
This will be a 1099 Position, You Must have valid ID and SS # OR EIN # before working.
Pay is every Friday.
Amount of pay will be determined on your experience.
