Residential remodeling carpenters

Looking for residential carpenters with minimum 3 years experience. The right candidate will be able to read tape measure accurately and use skill saw/table/mitre saw to cut. Also they should be professional and be able to work long hours in heat and cold. Temp to permanent job after 30 day trial and regular raises based on knowledge and hard work.
