Looking for an Experienced Landscaping and Handyman to Join our Team Full Time at $21/Hour at 40 hrs per Week
List of expectations, keep property clean including common areas, pool, driveway, decks patios. Maintenance of lawn and plants / trees. Maintenance of trails car detailing, annual power wash, exterior windows, repair minor issues as needed. Help with larger landscaping projects. Only One House on all 100+ acres to Maintain Including Pool and Garages
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and US Work Authorization
- Proficient in English Communication
- Ability to Handle Routine Maintenance of Home and Equipment
- Experience with Operating Lawn and Garden Equipment
- At Least 3-5 Years of Experience
Position Expectations:
-Daily Upkeep and Management of Estate
-Keeping the Estate Grounds Clean
-Maintenance of Facilities and Equipment
