We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Water Damage Restoration Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in person, coordinating restoration projects from start to finish while ensuring seamless communication with clients and subcontractors.

Job Description:

As the Water Damage Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of water damage restoration projects. You will take over the project after the estimator has created a detailed scope of work and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will work directly with customers to keep them informed on schedules, address their questions, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Manage the full execution of the scope of work, coordinating with subcontractors, in-house staff, and suppliers.

Budget Management: Ensure projects remain on budget by analyzing and reviewing invoices from subcontractors and material suppliers.

Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to keep them updated on project timelines, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the estimator, company leadership, and other team members to ensure the project meets all requirements and expectations.

Schedule Management: Oversee and adjust project schedules to ensure timely completion and resolve any scheduling conflicts with resources.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to high standards of quality and within the specifications outlined in the project scope.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge on interior construction materials and they're correct installation methods

Strong knowledge on building codes

Experience to foresee potential issues in a restoration environment, providing proactive solutions

Previous experience in project management, preferably within the restoration or construction industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of budgeting, invoice analysis, and cost management.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Experience:

Proficiency or familiarity with Xactimate software

Proficiency with project management software and tools.
