We are currently seekingboth experienced residential and commercial lead plumbers to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders for both new construction and residential jobs. Work Van / Truck provided with good driving record. Must demonstrate professionalism with homeowners. Immediate start dates available.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret plans, sketchers and project specifications
Estimate time and extent of repairs.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Work with project manager to ensure work is installed according to schedule and that quality is maintained
Maintain material and supply inventory on vans or trucks
Install rough-in to finish
Maintain professional relationships with contractors, customers and co-workers
must be able to work on multiple jobs at a time.
Follow all company policies andguidelines
Ensure assigned crew accurately completes time sheets and see that they are turned on time.
Qualifications:
Must have experience!
Plumber:
- Must be able to install all required piping and fixtures
- Install cast iron and PVC waste and vent piping systems
-Install copper water piping sweat and propress.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing code
- Must be able to operate hand tools and equipment
- Must be able to perform physical demands required of plumber, including working in confined spaces.
Previous experience in new construction commercial work a must!
Fixture installation - sinks, toilets, floor drains and drinking coolers
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Have strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
