Job Description
This position will be based in the Raleigh, NC area.
In this position, you will be able to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Production, Sales Operations and more, as it pertains to our insulation/building product install business. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a branch operation.
Required Skills
o Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services Valid Driver's License.
o Candidate must be willing to travel as needed for training and willing to relocate for permanent assignment after training is completed
o Knowledge of Construction, Insulation, or Trades
o Some exposure to Operations Management, preferably in building materials or construction related industry.
o Experience in Project Management, Commercial Sales, Home Services, etc a plus
