Position: Fleet Technician
Location: Garner, NC
Pay: $30 to $32.50/hour + 10% shift differential + $5,000 sign-on bonus!
Experience/Education: 5 ASE certifications or 10 years of vehicle maintenance experience.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 1pm to 10pm; Friday, 1pm to 7:30pm
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Experienced Fleet Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all fleet equipment
- Complete major and minor repairs as needed across all fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair diesel, gasoline, and propane fuel systems
- Diagnose and repair air, hydraulic, electric brake systems, and vehicle HVAC systems.
- Perform electrical systems testing, diagnostics, and repair.
- Conduct onboard diagnostics troubleshooting and resolve diagnostic trouble codes or symptoms.
- Operate and perform diagnostics and repairs on battery-powered industrial equipment.
- Support parts and forklift operations.
- Assist and train team members to build overall team capability.
Position Requirements:
- Basic welding skills
- Proficient knowledge and experience with tools and equipment.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Able to meet company driving qualifications.
- Be able to work set hours with occasional adjustments.
- Be able to pass a DOT physical prior to their first 90 days of employment.
- Be able to obtain a CDL A license within 6 months.
- Valid Driver's License
