We are a residential remodeling company that specializes in window and door replacement and installation, which includes structural modifications to accommodate new windows. Note: While are primary work load is window and doors, we also do a mix bag of work like attics, decks and kitchens.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Demolition
- Footing Work
- Structural Framing
- Window & Door Installation
- Siding
- Light Drywall Patching
- Trim Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform site assessments to ensure the proper fit and installation process
- Install windows, doors, and related hardware for residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure installations are precise, secure, and meet company and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during installations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges that may arise.
Qualifications Required"
- Previous experience in window and door installation preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
